Delivery time is estimated between 4 to 6 business days, give or take, depending on the shipping destination and product type. Once the order is placed it will be sent for fulfillment to be processed. You will receive shipping confirmation after your order ships, tracking number, and expected delivery date by the carrier.

2) You can check your email order confirmation and click the link provided on the email to view your order status.
3) You can use our self-service automated chat feature to track your order. For this option you will need your email address and order #.

An estimated shipping date is exactly as it sounds and it's not always perfect and may end up being a day or so off because of order fulfillment cut-offs times. Other issues that can impact shipments can be holidays, weather related, contact information inaccuracies to name a few. We know how excited you are to receive your order and we will try our best for you to receive your item when expected.

Most of our products offer assembly instructions on the actual product page. If by chance it is not available, please contact customer service or contact the manufacturer listed on the product box you received. They will also be able to provide the assembly instructions.

All our products have a 30-day warranty. Some products might have an extended warranty. The warranty period and service may vary depending on the manufacturer and the product. If you experience problems with an item after the 30-day return window, please contact customer service.

All orders are charged the day you purchase the item and sent to fulfillment. If for any reason the order cannot be processed your credit card will be refunded and you will receive an email from us.
