Glowy Lane ships only within contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses and international.
Receiving Package
If you have not received your order, please make sure to check the shipment tracking details by using the tracking # located on the shipment confirmation email. If you need further assistance, you can contact us. If for some reason you refused a package during delivery or provided wrong address details (e.g., suite/apt number, phone number with no answer or any other information that is missing) your order will be returned to us, and you will not be eligible for a full refund (actual shipping and return shipping charges will apply).
